Shipping Information
Orders are shipped within 3-7 days. Please note that orders placed Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until at least the following Monday to avoid any weekend shipping stall.

Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons, including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in the description or prices for goods
- Errors in your order
- Suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal transaction
Order Cancellation Rights
Your rights to cancel an order are subject to our Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy. Goods can only be returned in accordance with these guidelines.
You have the right to cancel an order for goods returned in the same condition as received, including all original instructions, documents, and packaging. Damaged or excessively worn goods will not be refunded. It is important to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods using the same payment method as your original order, with no additional fees incurred.
You do not have the right to cancel an order for goods in the following cases:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, rapid deterioration, or expiry date being exceeded.
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged the loss of cancellation right.
